Adding Non-Drug Allergy

Vision Anywhere supports the recording of both drug and non-drug allergies.

1. Open an Encounter.
   
2. Enter 'a' in the dynamic data entry bar and tap to select the allergy form.
   

   

   
   
3. The add Allergy form is displayed.
   
4. Record allergy by entering the causative agent, as you type entries display.
   Tap to select the allergy.

   

   
   
5. Tap on the triangle to record:
   
   • Certainty
   • Severity
6. Enter any comments in the Notes field.
7. Select Save to finish.
